What Chaos Events do

Chaos Events add time pressure after the puzzle has already become complicated. They can interrupt typing, inject characters, or force you to react to a failing rule quickly.

The point is not just speed. Chaos Events test whether you understand why your current password works, because recovery is much easier when each chunk has a clear purpose.

How to recover from chaos

When something unexpected happens, do not panic-edit the entire password. Look for the smallest changed area first. If characters were injected, remove them and check whether the same rule state returns.

If keys are temporarily blocked, focus on rules that can be solved with available characters or wait before making risky edits.
